One to One Counselling
Mental health is one of the most fundamental levels of our wellbeing and affects all aspects of our lives at a conscious and unconscious level. It’s at the core of everyone’s ability to develop, learn and progress through life. Lifelink’s one to one counselling services allow young people or adults the chance to understand personal and social issues in depth and to develop the emotional skills and confidence to overcome personal challenges, transitions, and difficulties.
Lifelink’s group programmes explore key areas of emotional awareness to help individuals understand how to manage their life and stress better. Our experience allows us to deliver courses tailored to the needs of young people, by focussing on issues such as managing anger or exam stress, or tailored to the needs of adults, by teaching skills such as self-management or developing a growth mindset.
