All its volunteer staff are PVG checked through Disclosure Scotland and carry at least the minimum coaching qualification to coach, in saying this it has some of the most qualified and experienced youth coaches in the country with the club recently being given an award from the SRU for the most developed ‘Club Coaching System’ in the country.
