What is Frog?

Frog is a single community platform that connects people with the organisations, groups and individuals within their local area that can provide the support, services and activities to enable a long, happy and healthy life. We aim to reduce frustration of constant searching by offering visitors both local and national directory content in one single – easily remembered – place….FROG!

How do I find local information?

Every local authority area within Scotland is already present within our platform. Simply type in the local authority area that you wish to find from the drop-down menu

Why can't I find any information related to my area?

Frog is starting to roll the platform out across Scotland and will then continue with England, Wales & Northern Ireland. This will take some time but please bookmark the page and check back regularly to see listings for your local area.

How do I get my business listed on Frog.Net?

It’s quick and easy to list your business on Frog.Net. We have several promotional packages to suit your needs. Simply register on Frog.net, add your listing and select the package that meets your needs. You can either pay by credit/debit card or direct debit.

How do I get my Group or Club listed on Frog?

The activities offered by local Groups and Clubs are essential to the well being of our communities and Frog.Net is very keen to showcase these simply and easily. To add your activities simply register visit Frog.net and Add Your Listing. All listings for third sector, non-profits and community groups are FREE of Charge.

I can't remember my Password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. In the Log In area simply click on the "Forgotten Password" link, enter your email address that is registered with us and we will send you an email containing details on how to change your password. Simply follow the instructions contained within this email.

What is the Champions Cinema?

The Champions Cinema provides an online place where people can share their stories, experiences, skills and knowledge for the betterment of others in their physical community.

Can anyone upload to the Champions Cinema?

We are currently producing all the content for the Champions Cinema to ensure that it best meets the needs of our audience. If you would like to contribute your story or share your experience please contact us and we’ll be in touch.

What type of events can I list in the What's On? section?

We would encourage you to list as many types of event as you can – from fund raisers to group meetings through to music festivals. You simply create a What’s On listing and select the appropriate category and set the dates and times of your event.

Do I need to have an Organisation Listing to be able to list events?

No. You can choose to purchase a single What’s On? or Jobs listing as a separate item at the prevailing rate.

How can I pay for my Frog listings?

You can pay be credit, debit card or direct debit for recurring services.

How long am I committed to Frog for?

All packages are billed on a monthly basis and you can cancel your subscription at any time by informing us in writing 14 days before your next subscription fee is due. A What's On? or Job type listing will automatically cease once the date of the event or closing date has passed.
